Yes — lessons are online only. You can join from anywhere in the world with a device and an internet connection.

Lesson length can be tailored to suit you. We'll agree on the format that works best for your goals and schedule during your free consultation.

Lessons take place by video over Microsoft Teams, Zoom or VooV. We'll pick whichever works best for you before your first lesson.

You book a free consultation through the online calendar. We meet by video, talk about your level and goals, and I recommend a personalised lesson package. There's no cost and no obligation to continue.

Packages are personalised rather than fixed. After we discuss your goals in the consultation, I recommend a package tailored to what you want to achieve and how often you'd like to learn.

Payment is arranged after your consultation. Once you've chosen a package, I'll send you payment instructions, and your lessons are confirmed once payment is received.

Yes. You manage your bookings through Calendly, so you can reschedule a lesson yourself, subject to a reasonable notice period. See the policies page for details.

Cancellations are also handled through Calendly. As long as you give reasonable notice, you can cancel or move a lesson. Full details are on the policies page.

Students can join from anywhere. I teach international learners across many countries and time zones — for example China, Germany and Brazil.

A device with a camera and microphone (laptop, tablet or phone), a stable internet connection, and one of the video apps — Microsoft Teams, Zoom or VooV. That's it.
